Who Do I Want To Be Today And Why – Patrick Stewart

Why Patrick Stewart? He is a noble knight who’s also naughty. That british accent is so posh. Imagination is the key, he is very creative.ย Watch yourself.

I worship the ground that man walks on – one of the finest actors in England. Wales has Anthony Hopkins, Scotland has Ewan McGregor, and we have Patrick Stewart ๐Ÿ™‚

    • Turber says:

I do agree! Absolutely adorable, brilliant actor – looks even fascinating without hair. ๐Ÿ˜‰

      • Missus Tribble says:

You might be surprised just how many ladies worldwide have a crush on him – myself included ๐Ÿ™‚

      • Turber says:

No, I wouldn’t – his Star Trek time made sure a lot of people got a crush on him! ๐Ÿ™‚

      • Missus Tribble says:

Yes; he was absolutely amazing as Picard.

You’d think that Riker would have got most of the female admirers… but no… ๐Ÿ™‚

      • Turber says:

I think Riker was a lot like Kirk – I never understood why all the chicks were drooling over him. ๐Ÿ˜€

      • Missus Tribble says:

In my opinion, Riker was gorgeous and he knew it – and therefore he was quite arrogant and even a little bit slimy with it.

I don’t get the Kirk thing either; Spock was far more interesting.

      • Turber says:

I can’t even tell what repelled me so much (Riker is not ugly) – somehow Data was still more adorable (even with his weird look). Yellow eyes and pale skin like some kind of space vampire. ๐Ÿ˜‰

  2. Satis says:

He is deliciously naughty; sort of like hearing Betty White swear.

    • Turber says:

I love the fact how drop dead serious he’s delivery his line “I’ve seen everything!”

      • Satis says:

He was astonishing in Extras (“as long as there’s boobies”), but I also love his character in American Dad (“I’m going to pat you on the bottom, Smith. Here it comes – ah, there it is!”).

      • Turber says:

He seems to have a pretty good sense of humor he plays funny characters so lovely it can’t be just mere acting. ๐Ÿ™‚

  3. LAB says:

Don’t hate me, but I prefer Stewart’s voice over Rickman’s….O…GASP! I have confessed it. I am staunchly on Team Stewart. If I am shunned from now on, I understand. LOL

    • Turber says:

It’s alright! Patrick has a gorgeous voice – and if you prefer Patrick it’s fine – that only means more Alan for me. ๐Ÿ˜‰

      • LABzBlahg says:

I wish they made an alarm clock with Stewart’s voice. Everyday would start out perfectly! Oooooo and a doorbell sound. And a Siri-like app…a “Stewy”!! ROFL. I seriously LOVE this man’s voice.

      • Turber says:

I guess Patrick wins on that one an alarm clock with Alan’s voice would lead me straight into dreams instead of waking me up. ๐Ÿ˜€

Patrick Stewart is my cousin, so naturally I like him. But as a female I love him! I think what’s wrong with Riker is that he’s lopsided…check out his walk, one of his shoulders droops down as though he were used to carrying a heavy load on one side, like a bunch of cameras perhaps. Kirk was a definite womanizer…but he knew how to hold a woman. I love to watch him holding a woman, like the prelude to something very romantic, even if it is with the same guy who played a womanizing lawyer with Alzheimer’s on another show.

    • Turber says:

We might have come a bit closer to the Riker-mystery-thing, you are of course right he walks like no one else – why he’s doing it? If I should guess: probably reasons which are unknown even to himself!
Congrats on your family – seems to be a cool bunch of folks – say “Hi” to Patrick from me when you see him the next time.
It’s weird I know but for me it never looked really romantic when he was grabbing one of his Kirk-girls, it looked determined, but maybe it’s a matter of taste. ๐Ÿ˜€

    Hi,
He is a brilliant actor, loved the video, had a bit of a laugh. ๐Ÿ˜€

    • Turber says:

Yes, I think it definitely shows a different side of him – Picard was always so decent – the naughtiness of this is a nice contrast. ๐Ÿ™‚

  6. I think I first saw him in Dune and then Star Trek: The Next Generation. Since I’m a Trekkie, he won my heart with his portrayal of Picard.

  7. Good to hear posh British accents still cut the mustard, Turber. I like Patrick Stewart exceedingly. His reading of A Christmas Carol is an annual must.
